4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be granted in the following circumstances:

  • The software has been successfully activated.

  • The customer purchased the wrong product, edition, version, or license type.

  • The customer failed to review system requirements before purchasing.

  • The customer no longer wants the product after delivery.

  • The customer cannot use the product due to device incompatibility.

  • The customer purchased the product by mistake but the activation key has already been delivered.

Customers are strongly encouraged to verify system compatibility and product requirements before purchasing.


 

5. License Verification Process

If an activation issue occurs, customers should first contact Secure Office Pro support.

We may request:

  • Activation screenshots

  • Error messages

  • Installation logs

  • Proof of attempted activation

Where appropriate, customers may also be asked to verify activation status with the software publisher’s support team before a refund request can be approved.


 

6. Product Replacement & Exchange

If a product key is determined to be defective, invalid, or incorrectly issued, Secure Office Pro may, at its discretion:

  • Replace the activation key

  • Provide a corrected license

  • Deliver a replacement product

  • Offer a refund if replacement is not possible

Replacement requests must be submitted within a reasonable period after purchase.


 

7. Refund Processing
